The Mac Strength premium bumper plates are a high quality rubber weight plate suitable for home and commercial gyms

They are designed to stand up to commercial environments and can be dropped from overhead so they are suitable for all types of weightlifting

These fantastic bumpers have excellent shock absorption properties, however we do recommend that 5kg plates are not dropped on their own and to use a heavier plate in conjunction with 5kg when performing overhead lifts with the intention of dropping them. This will prolong the life of the 5kg bumpers and help to prevent damage to them.

If you wish to return an item then contact us via email to macstrengthequipment@outlook.com with a message regarding why you wish to return the package.

Please note all items will only be accepted in the original package and box and not assembled.

For Northern Ireland & South we use Fastway for parcels.

We use parcel force 48hr express service for parcels going to England, Scotland and Wales.

For larger items which require a pallet we use various pallet networks to ensure an efficient service.

We do not offer free cancellation or refunds unless the item/s are faulty and we accepted them as faulty goods.

Important: To start a refund process, you must contact Mac Strength Gym Equipment to confirm you want to start the refund process. You must also send the faulty item back to us.

We will contact you to confirm if we accept your refund claim once we have received the goods back in their original box and packaging, no later than 14 days after they have been delivered to you.

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed after we have inspected the goods.

We cannot provide a refund on any products after the product/s have left our premises.

Refunds are only available on products deemed faulty by Mac Strength gym equipment.

We reserve the right to try to replace or fix a product or part before it is deemed faulty.

This may include a new product delivered to the customer or a member of our staff visiting the customers premises to try to fix the product if deemed necessary.

If a customer receives a faulty or damaged item Mac Strength Gym Equipment must be made aware of the faulty items before assembly and in the condition they received the item.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the items they received for any possible damage or defects and to make us aware of them immediately as all items are checked before dispatch to prevent any possible problems for the customer.

All items must be returned in the same condition the customer received them in, including all packaging and strapping.
